I really want to thank you for how well you care for and about my baby dogs. Some of us like dogs and some of us think they are our family. You accepted my two silly Poms as part of your family. I worry every time I leave them but when I call you are too kind and understanding and when I pick them up they are happy and I know they trust you and are safe there. Again, thanks so much for who you are and how you feel about my little ones!!!!

These people are truly angels! Without their help and support, Yukon and I would be homeless in N.O. Understanding our unique needs, and accommodating us is indeed a godsend. We will always be grateful. What a great caring and loving group of real people. I can't say enough. THANKS

I just wanted to let everyone know at Pet Paradise the White family thinks the world of all of you!!!
 
We decided last minute to go away over the Labor Day holiday…..called your office…..spoke to Joy.  She informed me they were sold out of all the poolside Aloha rooms but would check and get back with me. She was absolutely amazing, called us after hours and told us she needed to do some shuffling around but found room for our dogs.

At drop off my dogs couldn't wait to get down to the pool area with the other 15 or so labs already wading in the pool. What a great site to see, and a better feeling knowing my dogs were in such great hands.
 
Upon pick up, Cheryl was there to greet us.  As I thanked her at checkout, I mentioned how great Joy was and the only bummer was my dogs could not get pool side. My 10 month lab lives for the poolside. Well, didn't you know it…..Cheryl said…no we worked that out too!!!!
 
Unbelievable!!!!  That is why we have already referred 3 families ….. and continue to brag about Pet Paradise.
 
The owners of the facility should be very proud of the people that work at the Sanford Pet Paradise!!! What a great representation of them!!!

I just want to say how much I love Pet Paradise and all its crew! Everyone is so nice! an awesome place....from the time we pull into the parking lot Moon starts to whine with excitement, she can hardly wait to get in the door....and I have no anxiety about leaving her, usually on Wacky Wednesdays. I leave knowing she is in good and loving hands! We just love you Pet Paradise!

Each winter I come to St. Augustine with my friend Bandit the Boxer. Her greatest pleasure (after chasing birds on the beach) is her days "with the guys" at Pet Paradise. Strangely, she knows which day is Wednesday and puts a wakeup nose in my ear at 0600 to get me up for a day with her friends and a bath on Wacky Wednesday. She has a great time and loves all the attendants who treat her like a Princess, barks her heart out and comes home exhausted, looking longingly out the window as we drive away. Thanks for making Bandit one happy dog. I know she is safe, well cared for and totally entertained when she is in Paradise.

My dog Novie has been a regular day care doggie there for a year now.She loves it & so do I ! I don't know what I would do without them as we live in a one bedroom apartment with NO yard. Mandy and her crew are just AWESOME !!! Novie paws at the bed every morning when she hears the alarm go off 'cause she is ready to get up and go swim & play. It's nice to know my dog is at a resort all day while I am at work......wish it were the other way around.. LoL!!!

I just had to send you an email telling you how happy I was with your services. We live in Michigan, and spend winters in FL. This year we decided to fly home for the holidays rather than make the 2 day drive. I was very apprehensive about leaving my boys (Smokey and Bandit) at a strange place. They have only been boarded at one place in their 8 years and they are my babies. :) We took the time to drive to Sanford a couple weeks before to check out your place and were pleasantly surprised even though I had researched you online before I made their reservation.. I am sure there are many other overprotective dog moms in the world, so they will understand! The webcam was nice so I could actually see them and reassure me that they were resting comfortably and not having a panic attack. I was happy to see them playing with other dogs when watching the public webcam. When we got back to pick them up they looked great! The groomer did an awesome job on haircuts. They were happy and healthy and that made me feel so much better. I will definitely recommend you to anyone I meet and will certainly use your facility in the future when we need to leave our boys in someone else's care. Thank you for caring so much!

I can't say enough good things about the Pet Paradise in Charlotte NC. The people are friendly, the facility is clean, and the animals are so happy there. I have a Siberian Husky puppy, Kodi, who is more than a handful for anyone. I have been taking Kodi to the Charlotte daycare several times a week for the last 6 months to help dispel some of his endless abundant energy. He LOVES it! At first it hurt my feelings that he never gave me a second backwards glance when i dropped him off but now i understand...he loves the people there and they love him. I know my baby boy is being well taken care of and when i pick him up, he is tired, happy and can't wait to tell me all about his day (huskies talk when they are very ,very happy!). I have recommended Pet Paradise to all my friends and family and will continue to do so.

A short note to say "Thank You" to you and your staff for your persistent efforts in securing us a Christmas reservation for our puppy, Maxine. Our dog Bella recently stayed at your boarding facility. Prior to her stay, I researched and visited six boarding facilities from Edgewater to Ormond. Your place hailed above the rest for reasons such as, genuine friendliness from your staff, cleanliness, attentiveness to the needs specific to our pet, comfortable temperature, option of the use of a Doggie Cam etc. The law enforcement/teacher discount was an added treat and helped to ease the expense of our vacation. With this being Bella's (our 3 year Morkie's) first time away from us, we had questions and concerns. Your staff was patient and kind and helped me to feel at ease with the separation. We appreciated the extra effort and time you gave to her specific feeding needs. As like most pet owners, our dog, Bella, is much loved and is like a family member. Just wanted to thank you for taking such good care of Bucky and Pinky while I was gone - upon picking them up, I was told they had the run of the cat room almost the entire time they stayed with you, and had a bunch of fun playing in (and on top of) their kitty condo. Your staff was so friendly and helpful; I truly felt comfortable leaving my fur babies in your care. And wow - I couldn't have been more pleased to pick them up at 11 pm last night. I was even escorted to my car to make sure I was safe. THANK YOU for such a wonderful experience! 

We LOVE Pet Paradise in New Orleans! Our baby, Prancer, gets so excited about going, we even have to spell out P-E-T-P-A-R-A-D-I-S-E when discussing reservations!  Otherwise, she commences running to and from our front door, jumping, etc. When she returns from Pet Paradise, she is usually hoarse - we don't let her bark much at home, but the nice people at Pet Paradise let her have as much fun as she wants (like grandparents as opposed to parents!). Most importantly, Jessica is always on top of everything - we love her and her staff too!

I just wanted to share how much we love Pet Paradise!  My husband and I love it because you take great care of our German Shepherd, Jackson, who has several special needs.  And of course our dogs love it because they get to play!  Jackson loves the pool and Brunson loves all the attention he gets from your wonderful staff.  We never have to worry when Jackson and Brunson are staying with you. We love Pet Paradise, and so does our dog, Auz! When we drive up to the building, his tail starts wagging…he can't wait to go inside. When we're away, we don't worry for a minute because we know that not only is he being well cared for, he's having a great time with the Pet Paradise staff and the other happy, tail-wagging customers!

My name is Susan Samuel and my pets name is April, a black & white cocker spaniel. April has been staying at your resort for 6 years, whenever my husband & I are away.
The service there has always been exceptional and April has always come home happy and carefree.

This time my husband and I went on vacation knowing that April had a horrible ear infection, which we had been treating for many weeks and truthfully was concerned about leaving her for a week with all the medications she had to have and ear drops which had to be put in 2x a day. Dr Hyatt had been concerned about her ears also, but we went on our vacation.

I picked her up today February 12th and then took her to the vet for her weekly visit and was told her wonderful her ears looked and how much better she was since the week before.
I was so happy and pleased.

I then called and talked to Danielle and thanked her and her staff for I knew they took a lot of time with April that week. I felt it necessary to let you know how valuable these employees were to the well being of April and I am sure the other dogs, since alot of our friends leave their pets at your Palm Coast location.

I thank you again for your facility and for your very valued employees and felt you should know about them.

My husband and I have boarded our 85 pound baby (Gunny Stevens) in your Jacksonville Airport location since he was just a puppy over 3 years ago. We have recommended this location to all of our friends. We waited too late to make reservation one time and had to take him to the "competition". We could tell such a difference in his attitude when we picked him up from there. He was actually depressed. When we pick him up at Pet Paradise, he is just bouncing off the walls with pleasure. He actually bounces off the walls when we drop him off too. He loves all of the staff there and they seem to genuinely love him.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful environment for our furry babies and us (our peace of mind).

Just wanted to comment on how professional your staff is at Pet Paradise and they were very helpful from the start when we first brought Foxy for her vacation visit. As an abused dog since she was weeks old, its takes Foxy a long time to warm up to anyone, practically other dogs and when we picked her up from her 4 night stay, she looked happy, well rested, (she actually ate!!) and was very warm to the girls that brought her out. We are so happy that she feels comfortable as it gives us a peace of mind when we are away. Thank you for your great care and service that you show to our daughter! We will see you soon J

Our dog, Patch Adams Herrington, stayed at the Pet Paradise on Pecan Park Road in Jacksonville, FL this past weekend. What a great experience! We had taken a tour of the facility a few weeks before and were impressed with the staff and the surroundings. I thought I'd be anxious when we dropped Patch off but the staff made the transfer painless. When we picked Patch up he was happy and relaxed, and again the staff was outstanding. Our previous boarding experience was not bad but it wasn't encouraging. We left Pet Paradise with no qualms. Patch will definitely be visiting again.

I've been taking Grace (toy poodle) and Sophie (cat) to Pet Paradise in Tallahassee since they opened up and the staff deserves high accolades, kudos, job well done and Congrats from this very satisfied customer.
I had never utilized a pet care service of this type before and was a little skeptical at first. However, my concerns quickly diminished when I met the caring staff, competent workers, and customer service specialist at the Tallahassee location. The staff is always pleasant, extremely professional, polite and courteous to me and other customers. Even when I acted like the worried mama at first and called during the day when my "baby" Grace was there and I was worried that she wasn't haven't a good time or adjusting to the new environment; they entertained my calls, gave me soothing words, and even showed me pictures and videos of her pleasant days so I knew not to worry!

The Tallahassee Pet Paradise staff are amazing people that have my respect and gratitude for all their hard work and effort. They always make me smile, and better yet, they make my "babies" smile and help them have a great time! I will continue to use Pet Paradise for daycare and boarding needs for Grace and Sophie :0)

I just wanted to thank the staff at Pet Paradise for taking such good care of my Welsh springer, Taran, while I was on my honeymoon a couple weeks ago.

I know he has a blast while he is there and I can rest easy knowing he is getting the attention and care that I want.

We need to let you know how much we enjoy and value Pet Paradise here in Houston (IAH). Oscar, the family dachsador, enjoys his stays as best he can and we have seen him play (in the snow, if memory serves!) from as far away as the Big Island, HI, thanks to the webcam.
Everyone is so kind and helpful. Matt, in particular, is a gem. He knows us and is always super helpful.
We have told others about Pet Paradise and hopefully, they'll step up and experience it for themselves.

I would like to compliment the staff of your University Blvd. Jacksonville facility. We just finished bringing our three dogs there for day care every weekday for the past two weeks while having our home remodeled.

After their initial reluctance, our dogs could not wait to leave every morning and always seemed happy (but tired) at the end of the day. The staff was invariably friendly and helpful, and it's obvious they love the animals they care for.

Hello - Very often the corporate office of any company receives complaints about their facilities. This time it's good news for Pet Paradise Resorts...I just have to brag on the folks at your Charlotte Facility.
My dog, Riley, absolutely loves going to Pet Paradise. He is a regular customer now and I have absolutely no qualms about leaving my most prized possession with Dina and the gang, knowing full well that he will be healthy, happy and loved while he's there. When I go to pick him up, everyone makes me feel welcome as well.

I like to think that my dog and I are special, but by watching the staff's interactions with other guests, I can say they treat every guest as special. There are people resorts that don't make you feel as if they are special, so to receive such a good feeling from a pet resort is truly nice. Many businesses could learn a lesson or two about customer service from your team.

Thank you for coming to Charlotte, and thanks to the staff for taking such good care of Riley and me! I'm trying to spread the word here locally to my friends. I guess every dog really does have his day!

I used Pet Sitters for years, when work included alot of traveling, that changed and I haven't had the need till recently- with a new puppy! My Vet recommended Pet Paradise, and WOW! was I impressed, mostly with the staff. Over other kennels, they genuinely seem to love dogs! 

As soon as we, me and HoneyPie, opened the door it felt right. After the first over night stay- I've been to some playdays (love Wacky Wednesdays!) for HoneyPie and those are my favorite days. I can tell she's played, had fun- comes home clean and a happy tired puppy.

Hi, my wife and I take our dog Shelby to the St. Augustine location for daycare several times a week.
Just wanted to compliment Wendy and the entire staff for the great job that they do. Shelby is like a child to us and I know that when she is at the St. Augustine Pet Paradise, not only will she have a great time, but she will also be in very capable hands!
They are all great and we sincerely appreciate it.

Your Gainesville facility is awesome! Our pup, Sid, loves to go there and has a great time making new friends. The staff is wonderful and we feel comfortable knowing he is in good hands. We just left him for 2 weeks, and they did a great job taking care of him. We would not dream of leaving him at any other place. You truly have the best pet care in Gainesville.

We were a bit apprehensive in boarding our pets as they are treated as part of our family and they both know it ...and expect it! However, because we have a need to properly care for our pets when we are out of town for business or for personal travel, we decided to try your service instead of locating a "pet sitter service". The cleanliness and odor free facility, your very helpful personnel and the Internet camera lessen our concerns considerably. We watched the Internet camera several times throughout the day and night and saw both had settled down and were taking their stay in comfort.

Again thank you from all of us (Missey and Duncan included), for a very enjoyable visit. We will again use your service here in Jacksonville and at your other locations for both overnight and "daycare" when we have to leave our pets for an extended amount of time.

My 2 dogs have stayed in your suite several times. I check them constantly on the web cams and I am really pleased with your sevice. they are looked after wwll and you take thewm outside for a long time. I called to ask you to move their dog basket because I didn't like where it was. You immediatley responded just to have jack move it back to the same place. I feel so relaxed to leave my babies with you. See you gain in August with another addition

I would just like to say a BIG THANK YOU to all of you, who have been so great at looking after Buddy and Mo during their stay at Pet Paradise Intercontinental Houston. Your care, love and attentiveness towards Buddy, during his illness has left me with a profound gratitude.

Our family would like to thank Pet Paradise for creating the best luxury dog resort for discriminating pet owners.  Our 6 year old pug "Bacio" goes to the Tallahassee location we found about one year ago.
 
It is so hard to leave our pug when we are away, but knowing he is in the best of hands makes us happy and grateful for such a superior level of care.  We sign Bacio up for all day play and have recently added the web cam to his stay.

Ever since Joey has starting boarding at Pet Paradise, he's a changed pup. He never got along well with other dogs and now, thanks to you, he plays and socializes with everyone. Your entire staff are caring and take such good care of Joey. Thank you all so much.

I Just wanted to let you know that I was very pleased with Pet Paradise. I have never left my pets at a pet boarding facility because I was too worried about them not getting the proper care and attention. I loved the fact that I could watch them with out them knowing that I was there and the biggest benefit is that they can have 24 hour inside/outside access just like they do at home.

The doggie ice cream treats are great too since they are used to getting them at home. Pet Paradise eased my concerns and I will not hesitate to bring them back. It is great to know that I do not have to worry about my fur kids when I have to be out of town.

Mitsy, a 3-year-old mixed terrier, is a weekly guest to your Ft. Lauderdale facility every Tuesday. No matter how tired she is in the morning, whenever I say are you ready for doggie day camp she\'s up and waiting by the front door! She has been going since November 2008 and loves it greatly! She is also more than happy to stay for her
"vacations" when it's time for ours. A big shout out to the staff there: Karen, Andrea, Stephanie, Deb, Empress, Patrick and any other I missed! My little one is very spoiled and loves her playtime there.

I'm so glad she enjoys the pups, the people and environment and I couldn't be more pleased that the ladies and guys there do such a wonderful job, not only with the 4-legged babies but with their humans as well. A big THANK YOU to all of them for being so wonderful!

Just wanted to say Thank You to the wonderful staff at Pet Paradise, Houston Hobby location for taking such good care of our dogs, TJay and Lilah, while we were on vacation. From my first unscheduled "drop by" visit of the facility, I was immediately welcomed and readily given an open tour and had all my questions answered. The staff was eager to address all of my concerns. I loved that the kennels had indoor/outdoor access overlooking the play yard. This made the kennel much more roomy. And, we took advantage of the free web cam service that overlooks the play yard.

I also appreciated that each time we called to check on our dogs, they always answered the phone and were available to give us a glowing update! Thanks so much for taking such good care of our precious babies. We give you high regards!!!
